Privacy and Data Protection Policy and Procedures

The BHS Parent Teacher Association is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its donors, volunteers, beneficiaries, students and stakeholders in compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act 2016 (PIPA) of Bermuda. This policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information.

This policy applies to all volunteers, contractors, and third-party service providers who handle personal data on behalf of the BHS Parent Teacher Association.
